Products which helps grain to be carried between the machines of system are categorized in this group. Dimensions of the products may vary according to the capacity of system.
Slide Gates are used for controlling the grain flow. There are manuel, electrical & pneumatic models that fit to the requested tonnage. While powered gates are being used in places where are harfd to be reached, manuel gates are oppositely used in easy places. Should pneumatic system is available in system, pneumatic gates can be used instead of electrical slide gates. Manuel gates are also used for tonnage adjusting of system. Gates are produced in welded condition. They can easily be installed and removed. Slide inside the gate, which is produced from polyamide, is openning and closing the flow line of grain by moving on the rolls.
Valves are used to canalize the flowing grain and to increase the number of flow line from 1 to 2 or 3 lines. 6' - 8' - 10' or 12' valves are produced according to the requested capacity. Valves are produced in welded condition. They can easily be affixed/removed. By means of the tube orienting mechanism, flow line is got under the control.
Elbow is used for changing grain flow angle. 6" (168mm), 8" (219 mm), 10" (273 mm) diameters and 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45° angles, produced in welded condition
Spouting Pipe
Adapters harmonize different dimensioned and shaped materials which are used in grain flow system. These are produced in welded condition, 6", 8", 10" & 12" according to the requested capacity.
Y Spout, Y Right Spout, W Spout These are used to canalize the grain flow and to increase the flow lines from 1 to 2 or 3. These are produced in welded conditions, in dimensions of 8", 10" & 12".
Inlet Plate is used in entrances of some machines that are used in grain conveying as conveyor, unloading auger. Requested capacity is considered as basic criteria when it is produced 6", 8", 10" & 12"
Flowing Pipe & Truss Kit Required way for flowing of the grain is provided by using the flowing pipes. These are produced in the diameters of 6" (168 mm), 8" (219 mm), 10" (273 mm) & 12" (323 mm)
