Economic Hopper Bottom Silos are ideal for low capacity grain storage requirements. These types, which provide easier unloading, are manufactured with different diameters from 2,75 m. to 6,41 m. maximum capacity of which is 243m³.
Besides; they do not require a serious concrete, labor and energy cost; they are designed and manufactured with different hopper angles according to the requirement. They are usually used for storages before/after drying, blending or overhead unloading.
Roof panels are fully overlapped and comprise a sturdy structure. It provides excellent sealing. Mysilo roofs are manufactured with 30° standard slope. Optionally, special roofs which are designed according to particular conditions such as snow and wind loads are also available.
Sidewall sheets used in Mysilo attain the most narrow corrugated sheets in the world by being formed with 65 mm corrugation.
Grade 8.8 Bolts and Grade 8 Nuts are completely galvanized. Meanwhile, special caulking is used for the efficient sealing.
The silo body is assembled on legs which are manufactured from one-piece, high tensile galvanized sheets. Cross arms between legs contribute sturdiness and stabilization of silo. Steel plates are placed under each leg for transmitting the silo weight to ground better and anchored after this application.
Thanks to the hopper bottom; it provides easy flowing and does not require extra labor. Optionally, different unloading types are available such as manual, pneumatic or electrical gates. Usage of truss head bolts inside hopper bottom prevents grain accumulation.
Other optional accessories are also available such as sidewall ladder, safety cage, roof vents, hopper access door and grain level glass.
