Choosing the right people for the right jobs is the basic principle applied in the employment process at Mysilo. All applications to Mysilo are handled confidentially and considered according to the required skills, qualifications, and competence of the applied job. Feedback is always provided after the handling.

Training - Developement

Mysilo arranges vocational trainings to orientate its employees, to improve their occupational knowledge and personal skills.

Orientation Programmes
At first; theoretical information is transmitted to a new employee such as mission and vision of Mysilo, organizational structure, place of work, tasks and in-company process. Then, easier adaptation is provided by let them to work with guide workers in certain periods.

Wages Policy

In Mysilo; human is employed according to position instead of position according to human. Accordingly,

  • It aims to hold the performance and quality of the employee at high level by applying competitive wage system for high standards service.
  • Competence, performance and market conditions are taken into consideration when determining the wages.
  • Increasement of salaries are made twice a year (January and July) by considering the inflation rate.
  • A realistic wage structure which protects the values it based on and that is adopted to market conditions is provided.

Training Opportunuties

Mysilo gives chance to the undergraduate students and vocational high school students who have to take compulsory apprenticeship in certain internship periods. 

Willing students shall apply to Mysilo with transcript of their education and with an official act which require their internship.

The students are kept tabs on themselves during their internship, the ones who are successful, can be mostly brought in the company.

Training applications are monitored by Human Resources Department continually.
