Chain Conveyor :
The task of chain conveyor is to provide gentle handling of the grain. Computer aided designed chain conveyors are manufactured from galvanized steel and have a capacity range from 25 t/h to 400 t/h. By consisting of head, trough and tail sections, chain conveyors are completely bolt connected. This feature enables shorter installation and easy maintenance. Another advantage is the galvanized steel structure which extends chain conveyor’s life-span. Consequently, there is no need for annual painting work of the conveyors. In this way, maintenance cost is decreased.
Chain :
Chain consists of bushes, chain links and pins. These equipments are completely made of special featured steel and manufactured in 81x model with 50-60 rockwell roughness in order to gain more resistance to rupture.
UHMW Polyethylene Flight :
UHMW polyethylene flights are connected to specially angled sheet metals with bolts in order to enable easy maintenance and longer life-span. Angled sheet metals are welded to the chain that carries the flights.
Polyamide Roller :
Closely placed polyamide rollers holds the upside of the chain and expedites the movement of chain.

Reducer :
Heavy duty helical geared reducers are preferred to gain durability and productivity to chain conveyors.
Switch 1 :
If a material blokes the outlet of chain conveyor, the accumulated grain pushes the switch 1 and switch 1 stops the system immediately and prevents possible damages.
Switch 2 :
If the chain is broken, it falls over the arm that is attached to the switch 2. Consequently, switch 2 stops the system immediately and prevents a possible overloading.
Sprocket :
Flame cut hardened steel sprocket which is made of 1040 steel avoids abrasion and increases life-span of chain conveyor.
