Standard sizes of unloading augers are 6", 8" & 10" which are used in silos/bins of diameter from 3,66 m to 18,33 m. It carries the grain from inside to outside silo/bin by means of gates which can also be controlled manually. Welded-produced gates and unloading auger is coated with primers before colored.
Center Gate :
Unloading of silo/bin should be started from center gate.
Intermediate Gates :
These gates are to be opened in sequence from center after unloading from center gate finishes.
Rack & Pinion Control :
By means of this special designed mechanism, gates inside silo/bin are opened/closed from outside silo/bin easily.
Flight :
It carries flowing grain in gates to the output.
