General Information

Feed silos are the most ergonomic feed storage systems. By protecting feed against any type of danger, it helps you to get efficient results.

Diameters range from 1,83 m. to 2,75 m. and they are able to store maximum 35 m³. Feed silos are designed to serve safe and efficiently with its advantages such as easy installation, low cost and other engineering details.

All of the hardware used in feed silo sidewall seams are Grade 8.8 bolts and Grade 8 nuts which are galvanized. By the way, strip caulking is utilized to get efficient seal. 

Mysilo sidewall sheets have the most narrow corrugation in the world which is 65 mm. 

40° feed silo roofs which are designed and produced according to the feed repose angle, have more capacity than standard 30° silo roofs. 

The silo body is assembled on legs which are manufactured from one-piece, high tensile galvanized sheets. Cross arms between legs contribute sturdiness and stabilization of silo. Steel plates are placed under each leg for transmitting the silo weight to ground better and anchored after this application.

Drips which are caused by rain or humidity are prevented to enter silo with the expansion of bottom sidewall sheet at the connection point of hopper panel. Accumulation of feed inside hopper is also prevented with the utilization of truss head bolts in hopper panels.

Thanks to the lid which can be controlled from ground, openning and closing the lid is possible without climbing silo.

Optionally; hopper access door, hopper reinforcement bar, grain level control glass, manual side-drawing kit, ladder, safety cage and pneumatic lid are offered with feed silos.
